Roller brakes are used to stop a zoned area of rollers on conveyors like Belt Driven, Lineshaft Driven, Chain Driven Live Roller and Gravity Conveyors. Roller Brakes can be actuated pneumatically, mechanically or manually. Roller brakes are ideal at work stations where the product needs to be stopped momentarily.

Cement Bag Take-Away System

Omni provided two lanes of heavy duty take-away Metal Belt Conveyor with knock-down bars for bag flattening. Metal Belt Conveyor provided the best conveying solution because it allowed debris from the cement bags to fall through it, keeping the belt and belt path clear, as well as having a rigid design to withstand the abusive application.

BLDR Conveyors

Common for transporting a product, a belt under the rollers drives this type of conveyor. The drive belt is pushed up under the roller with a lifting roller. A very simple and efficient design, long distances can be covered by a single motor. If the drive belt is lowered, the conveyor can also be used for accumulation zones.
